Refund policy
At our store, our products are uniquely customized based on your selections. Due to the nature of our operation, we do not maintain an inventory for returns or exchanges. Therefore, we can only accept returns in cases of damage or misprinting. Please note that selecting the wrong size or color does not qualify as a damaged product.
Our merchandise is produced on demand. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate returns unless the item is damaged or misprinted. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please file a claim within 5 days from the date of receiving the product. We will only accept returns through Klarna within 14 days for damaged or misprinted items. Contact us with relevant photos as evidence of the issue. We retain the right to decline returns at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt will also be required. If a return is deemed possible, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping fees.

Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different sizes. We recommend consulting our Size Guide before making a purchase. Each item is created in real-time as closely aligned to your preferences as possible. Your order is customized and tailored specifically for you.
