Each of our items is made to order with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We typically complete orders in just 2–3 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, delivery times will vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 3–6 business days.
We value customer satisfaction and understand that delivery issues can occasionally arise. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and may change. Final delivery timelines depend on order processing, payment verification, and the actual ship date. While we strive for timely delivery, actual arrival times are subject to external factors such as carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, weather, and traffic.
To help ensure your order arrives safely, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where you or a trusted individual will be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to unsecured locations. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you. Please note, we reserve the right to decline to re-ship or issue refunds at our sole discretion for orders marked as delivered.
